Herald exists to be the name behind the product. Every brand we build is small and focused, every product is inspected before it ships, and every one carries a promise we pay for when we get it wrong.
The Herald Promise

Tested before it ships
Every production run is inspected at AQL 2.5 before it leaves the factory. Kitchen items pass food-contact testing; every product is screened for Prop 65 chemicals.

Described honestly
Real photographs, real dimensions in inches and centimeters, and the limits stated up front. If it isn’t dishwasher-safe, you read that before you buy, not after.

Two years, replace or refund
If a Herald product fails you within two years, we replace it or refund it. A person answers, not a form that goes nowhere.
How a product earns the name
One hundred and twenty days from idea to shelf, with a gate at every step. Most ideas don’t make it, and that is the point.

A product must pass our selection scorecard before we order a single sample.

Golden sample
Three makers sampled; one approved sample becomes the standard every unit is held to.

Inspected run
Lab tests ordered and a pre-shipment inspection booked for the first production run.

Keep, fix or retire
If it isn’t earning its name in ninety days, we fix it or we stop selling it.
